Chuckles is a family owned and managed nursery which has been operating since 1999. Our mission statement is to provide a happy, healthy, homely and secure environment where the children in our care can develop the skills required for life.
The Chuckles team are kind, caring, fun loving and professional. The Team attained the Investors in People Quality Standard in 2003 and kept it ever since progressing to the Leadership and Management accreditation in 2008.
With an acre of private gardens in a rural setting, but only a mile from the M4, our setting is unique to the area. We have been able to create exceptional outside play areas for the children around the back and unlimited car parking for the parents at the front.
We want the the parents to have peace of mind that their children are in safe hands so we have 16 CCTV cameras throughout the individually decorated play rooms for added security.
Chuckles has been a registered provider of Education since 2002 and our curriculum follows the Foundation Phase introduced into Wales in 2008. This curriculum supports our belief that children are to be encouraged to participate in day to day activities in order to develop their self esteem, self confidence and independence. It also supports taking activities outside into the fresh air.
Most of all our Nursery day is fun. When parents arrive to collect their children we want them to find happy, well fed, well cared for children who can't wait to come back the following day.

Directions
Come off Juncion 26 of the M4 and head in the direction of Cwmbran. Take the slip road to the left before you come to the first set of lights. This will take you to Bettws. Follow down Bettws Lane and you will see Bettws High School on your left. At the roundabout turn right. There will be a petrol station on your right and the Merry Miller on your left. Take the third turning right after the petrol station for Millbrrok Community Centre(School). Follow the road passing Mill Heath Nursing Home on your left and Mill Heath on your right. You are now on Pentwyn Lane and Chuckles Nursery is approx 500 yards on your right.
