Set in open countryside half a mile north of Bridport, our well-equipped buildings and grounds were carefully designed to enhance the education, play and care of youngsters aged from two to five years.
The nursery has exclusive use of two acres of securely enclosed gardens, woodland and fields where children can play safely, develop their physical skills, care for the animals and experience the progress of the seasons.
Indoors a huge playroom provides plenty of scope to work off steam: a miniature house to visit, a trampoline and much more to ensure healthy physical activity is still possible even if it's raining in the gardens.
We also have a large classroom with elevated cosy gathering area and a wet play "Discovery" room where children can enjoy the experience of art and messy play. Throughout you will find child-sized furniture and carefully crafted resources.

We are on the B3162 Bridport to Broadwindsor road. From Bridport's West Street mini-roundabout, go north on the road signposted Salway Ash / Hospital and 500 metres after leaving the town look for our entrance on the right, next to the Washingpool Farm Shop.
